Senior Associate

Rob Jarrell has worked as a financial analyst on both project and corporate finance transactions. Since joining Greg Kats and Michael Ware in early 2018, he has focused on brokering private securities transactions in the renewable energy, energy efficiency, and clean tech industries with an emphasis on advising companies seeking to secure growth capital.

Rob has also worked as a consultant for various companies working to lead the transition to a low-carbon economy – from large real estate developers to small clean tech startups.

​

In addition, Rob has consulted corporate and non-profit leaders as well as local, state, and federal policy makers on developing smarter urban design through clean infrastructure technologies. He also assisted in the development of the first online cost-benefit analytic engine for calculating the full range of costs and benefits of city-wide adoption of these technologies.

Rob is a FINRA registered Private Securities Offerings Representative (Series 82).

Rob holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he studied as a Morehead Cain scholar.
